TECHNICAL TRANSFER BETWEEN ASOLO-MALGA CIAPELA
The organisation will provide a free transfer service for the technical equipment needed for the second part of the race in ski mountaineering gear. All participants wishing to take advantage of this service will have to hand in their skis and personal effects when they pick up their race numbers.
CONTROLLED SPEED
The speed of the race will be limited and constant (30 km/h) until the race has passed the town of Cencenighe (BL), after which the real competition will get underway.
SHUTTLE MALGA CIAPELA-ASOLO
At the end of the event, a bus service between Malga Ciapela and Asolo will be made available to all participants upon reservation at a cost of €20.00 per person. The service must be requested at the time of registration by filling out the relative form.
BAD WEATHER
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. However, in the case of foul weather the organisation reserves the right to make changes to the event routes and schedule in order to guarantee the competitors’ safety. In case of cancellation the registration fees will NOT be reimbursed.
